With over 10 years of experience in transformative healing work, Kyla is a guide and facilitator who offers an embodied, client-centered approach. Specializing in sound healing, breathwork, bodywork, holistic counselling, and process work, Kyla provides a supportive space for individuals to explore deeper layers within themselves, address root challenges, and cultivate a stronger, more authentic connection to self and others. Her approach is grounded in mindfulness, trust-building, and compassionate care, guiding clients toward their true nature, self-discovery, and personal empowerment.
Sound healing is integral to Kyla’s practice, informed by her background in music and a Bachelor of Music in Jazz Performance from McGill University. She is currently deepening her expertise at the Grof® Legacy Psychedelic Training Academy, working toward certification as a Grof® Legacy Breathwork Facilitator and Psychedelic Therapist in 2025, and is studying to become a psychotherapist in the Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology program.
Kyla is passionate about experiential work and believes deeply in the healing potential of non-ordinary states of consciousness. Whether holding space in ceremony, guiding therapy sessions, or facilitating Grof® Breathwork, she is grateful for the opportunity to support people as they open to self-awareness, connect with their hearts, and embrace their authentic selves.
